    During the National Philatelic Exhibition with international participation Efiro'98, "The Young Philatelic Day" was programmed on 19 september '98
    So that day between 10:00 and 18:00 the following actions will take place:
     - A quiz with the theme "The 1848 Revolution at the Romanian philately".
    -A "The Most Perspicacious Young Visitor" contest where there will be awarded the young visitors of the Efiro'98 Exhibition which will answer rapidly and correct the organizers' questions.
    -A meeting of the young philatelists with V.I.P's of philatelic, cultural, scientifical, sportive and political Romanian people.
